It’s about building relationships

“I enjoy working with business owners to understand their businesses and create contracts that will work well for them. Too often lawyers simply give their clients standard templates that don’t match the client’s requirements very well.” – James Irving (Principal Lawyer)

We Assist Clients With Different Types of Contracts

We have the knowledge and expertise to prepare many kinds of contracts, including:

  • Terms and Conditions
  • Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policies
  • Business Sale agreements / Merger agreements
  • Subcontractor agreements / Employment agreements
  • NDAs and confidentiality deeds
  • Loan or investment agreements
  • Shareholders’ agreements / Partnership agreements
  • Intellectual property agreements
  • Commercial and Industrial leases and subleases
  • Franchise agreements and Disclosure Documents
  • Software agreements

We also prepare and review international contracts for clients.
In many cases, setting up a new company also involves setting up some new agreements, like shareholder agreements or employment contracts.

Commercial Leases

If your business is leasing premises to operate an office, showroom, factory, storage area in Perth or suburbs or for some other purpose, you will almost certainly need to sign a lease. If you would like to have the lease checked by a business lawyer, Irving Law will review the document and provide you with appropriate advice.

We also draft commercial leases, if you are a landlord. Shop leases are controlled by special legislation, compared to industrial leases, which don’t have the same controls.

To learn more about how we can assist you or your business in these areas, please contact Irving Law – Contract Lawyers and Lease Lawyers in Perth, Western Australia.
